Had my first Muay Thai class at Rough Professional Mauy Thai Academy.
It was super fun and enjoyable.
We got to learn the basics from punching to kicking and how to hit using your elbow using punching pads. After that we proceed to use the sand bag to practice.

Little blueblack on my leg not caused the training. I got this when I kicked my friend.
It got worse today. Super huge now.
